Former Oklahoma death row inmate Richard Glossip is a free man after posting $500,000 bond. Glossip spent nearly three decades in prison after he was found guilty of orchestrating the 1997 murder of Oklahoma City motel owner Barry Van Treese. The U.S. Supreme Court overturned his conviction and sentence in 2025. Glossip was released from custody yesterday as he awaits a new trial.
