The Oklahoma City Thunder triumphed over the Phoenix Suns with a decisive 119-84 victory in Game One of the NBA Playoffs on Sunday (April 19). The game marked the beginning of the Western Conference First Round, with the Thunder now leading the series 1-0.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Jalen Williams led the team in scoring with 29 points each.

The Thunder showcased a strong performance with a 48% field goal percentage compared to the Suns' 46%. Oklahoma City also led in rebounds with 44.1 compared to Phoenix's 43.1. The Thunder's defense was solid, recording 9.7 steals against the Suns' 9.5.

The next game in the series is scheduled for Wednesday (April 22) at 8:30 p.m. The series will continue with Game 3 on Saturday (April 25) and Game 4 on Monday (April 27). If necessary, additional games will be played to determine the series winner.
