The Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board is recommending clemency in the death penalty case of Tremane Wood. Wood was convicted of stabbing 19-year-old Ronnie Wipf to death during a robbery at an Oklahoma City motel on New Year's Day 2002. Wood's brother received a life sentence, despite admitting to being the one who killed the victim.
