The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services is making cuts. The agency notified select service providers on August 29th that some contracts would not be renewed. The cuts come after the Legislative Office of Fiscal Transparency determined that the department illegally used current fiscal year budgets to pay prior fiscal year invoices.
