A group pushing to legalize recreational marijuana in Oklahoma is preparing for its toughest petition drive yet. Oklahomans for Responsible Cannabis Action plans to begin collecting signatures next month for State Question 837. But under a new state law, no more than 20-point-eight percent of signatures can come from any one county, forcing organizers to focus beyond urban centers. The group says it will still aim to engage all communities, with signature gathering set to run from August 6th to November 4th.
