Oklahoma's eviction laws are staying the same. Governor Kevin Stitt has vetoed a measure that would have extended the timeline for people facing eviction from five-to-10 days between the eviction trial notice and court date from five-to-10 days to 10-to-15 days. Stitt says the existing rules already provide adequate due process and notice.
