A suspect in a Tulsa double murder is taken into custody. 19-year-old Angel Ibarra was arrested by Homeland Security Investigations in Mexico on Monday. Ibarra was allegedly involved in the shooting deaths of Arturo Dogollado and Jett Brummett at the Worthington Townhomes near East 21st Street and South 117th East Avenue in February. Two other suspects were previously arrested in the case.
