Oklahoma lawmakers are trying to rename a highway for two murdered Kansas women. Lawmakers have proposed renaming a stretch of State Highway 95 in Oklahoma as the Veronica Butler and Jilian Kelley Memorial Highway. Butler and Kelley were killed last year while traveling from Hugoton, Kansas, to pick up Butler's children. Five people were charged in the women's murders.
