The head of the Oklahoma Forestry Services is no longer leading the agency. State forester Mark Goeller will longer the head of the division as March 30. No reason for Goeller's departure was given, but the change comes weeks after deadly wildfires impacted the state. Governor Kevin Stitt had voiced concerns about the actions of the forestry service following the wildfires that burned across the state earlier this month. Goeller had led the Oklahoma Forestry Services since 2018.
