An explosion at the Pushmataha County Sheriff's Office in Antlers, Oklahoma, injured two deputies and two officers. A fifth employee was also examined at a hospital.

The blast affected both the sheriff's office and the jail, leading to the evacuation of all inmates. They have been relocated to jails in nearby Choctaw and Atoka counties as a precautionary measure. Fortunately, no inmates were injured in the incident.

Sheriff BJ Hedgecock said most of the damage resulted from smoke, and the explosion occurred in an office area not directly connected to the jail. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol will handle all calls for the Pushmataha County Sheriff's Office until further notice.

The cause of the explosion is currently under investigation.
