Law enforcement officials want to exhume the remains of a baby boy who died in 1988 so they can test the infant's DNA. The baby's body was found in a brown plastic bag next to a gravel road in Stillwater and was buried in Cushing. The child was called Baby Doe 1988 and was believed to have been dead about two days when he was found. He weighed eight pounds and was 23 inches long, with brown hair and blue eyes.
