Three-year-olds could attend half-day or full-day pre-kindergarten under a bill being considered at the state Capitol. House Bill 2395 by Mustang Representative Brian Hill has passed the House Appropriation and Budget Education Subcommittee. Current law allows pre-kindergarten for four-year-olds. The bill now heads to the House Appropriations and Budget Committee.
