A grand jury investigation into the Oklahoma Department of Human Resources is one step closer to reality. A group seeking a grand jury investigation presented petition signatures at the State Capitol yesterday. State Representative J.J. Humphrey led the effort to count petition signatures, and he says he is fighting for families who told him stories ranging from children wrongfully removed from homes to agency overreach.
