Another delay in a clemency hearing for an Oklahoma death row inmate. Kevin Underwood was scheduled to plead his case today before the state Pardon and Parole Board, but it was called off after a federal appeals court granted the delay. Underwood's attorneys had requested the delay, pointing to a pair of resignations on the Parole Board. They want to argue before a full, five-person panel. The 44-year old is set to be executed later this month for the murder his ten-year-old neighbor.
