Former Bixby High School Principal Pleads Not Guilty to Public Intoxication

Now-former Bixby High School Principal Mickey Replogle pleaded not guilty yesterday to public intoxication. He was arrested after complaints that he was drunk and inappropriately touching students at a high school dance this past weekend. Bixby Schools fired Replogle. He's due back in court next month.
