Today marks 20 years since a Tulsa Community College student was found raped and murdered in her east Tulsa apartment. Brittany Phillips was 18 years old. Her murder remains unsolved. Tulsa police say they have interviewed, and collected DNA swabs, from hundreds of individuals and are constantly evaluating the evidence in the case. Once again they are asking anyone with information to come forward.
