Three Oklahoma Republican lawmakers are filing a petition with the Oklahoma Supreme Court. State Representatives Kevin West, Tom Gann, and Rick West are asking that Oklahoma Corporation Commissioner Todd Hiett be disqualified from taking part in upcoming cases involving three utility companies. Hiett has resisted calls to step down following accusations that he allegedly groped a man at a conference in Minnesota while intoxicated in June.
