Governor Challenges School Districts To Develop Cellphone Policies

Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt is calling on school districts to develop cellphone guidelines. The governor introduced the Phone Free School Challenge yesterday. The initiative challenges superintendents to create policies on when students can access their cellphones during the school day.
