Louisiana Residents Prepare As Hurricane Francine Heads Towards Coastline

Oklahoma Gas and Electric crews are heading to Louisiana. A fleet of utility trucks left yesterday and will help with power restoration following Hurricane Francine. The crews from Oklahoma are expected to be in Louisiana for up to two weeks.
