Four people are charged in the death of a seven-year-old Midwest City girl. Anthony Yonko, David Yonko, Lisa Mitchell and Tiffany Mitchell each face second-degree murder charges. Police were called to a hospital on August 2nd after a malnourished child had died. Investigators say the victim weighed only 25 pounds and had possible external and internal injuries.
