Oklahoma high school students are making better health choices, according to the latest 'Risk Behavior' Survey released today by the State Health Department. The survey was administered in spring of 2023. 76% of students said they never smoked a cigarette. 54% said they never vaped. Seventy-one percent said they were not sexually active and 96% said they did not drink and drive. Maternal and Child Health Program Director Joyce Marshall says it's crucial to keep up the momentum by supporting families through resources and education.
