Oklahoma state legislators are allowed to attend executive sessions of every state agency, board and commission. That's according to an opinion issued yesterday by Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond. The opinion was requested by State Representative Mike Osburn of Edmond, who was reportedly denied access to a recent State Board of Education executive session.
