The Oklahoma Charter School Board's contract with St. Isidore of Seville Catholic Virtual School is terminated. The move comes after the Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled that the school wasn't legal. St. Isidore would have become the nation's first public religious school. The state charter school board added that it would execute a contract with St. Isidore if a winning appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court takes place.
