The chairman of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission is giving up his title. Todd Hiett announced yesterday that he will step down as chairman but remain on the board. Hiett says he is in recovery and needs time to focus on his physical health and his family. Hiett was accused of groping a man at a hotel bar while on a June work trip to Minnesota.
