A man who was arrested in Morrilton, Arkansas back in June in connection with a multi-state murder spree now faces new charges. Stacy Drake has been charged with first-degree murder and robbery in connection with the death of 56-year-old Phillip Emerson in El Reno, Oklahoma. Police say he was fatally shot and carjacked on June 14th. Drake is already charged with the double murders of Tara Underwood and Taylor Sharp in Gans, Oklahoma, and faces a new robbery charge in that case for allegedly taking Sharp's wallet. He's also charged with the murder of 62-year-old Russell Andrews in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
