Tulsa police are investigating a homicide. Police officer Danny Bean says an EMSA ambulance was parked at a grocery store parking lot near 3rd and Lewis when a car pulled up with the victim inside. Bean says the shooting had apparently happened a few blocks away. The victim later died. No word on suspects.
