The Carolinas are bracing for second landfall from Tropical Storm Debby. It's expected to make a second landfall Wednesday night or early Thursday in South Carolina before marching North into North Carolina, Virginia and beyond. Forecasters say Debby could be the wettest land falling hurricane ever. The storm has been blamed for at least six deaths since making landfall Monday as a Category 1 hurricane in Florida's Big Bend area.
