Human remains found in late July in the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge near Lawton have been positively identified as those of a missing Tuttle man. Word comes from the family of 30-year-old Keith Carlson. He was identified using dental records. He was last seen on May 21st and his pickup truck was found in the Refuge that night. Then on May 24th his family was notified he had not returned to his vehicle. No information about a cause of death has been released. His family initially said that it was unlike him to go hiking....and that he was not the 'outdoors' type.
