OSU Offers Incentive For Off-Campus Living

Oklahoma State University is offering students an incentive for living off-campus. The university is offering students who chose to live off-campus a free meal plan worth $3,400 and a $1,000 scholarship. Officials say the university has capacity for 5,600 students to live on campus, and there are about 5,700 students who have applied to live in the dorms.
