A lawsuit is filed over the Oklahoma State Department of Education's mandate to include Bibles in classrooms. The lawsuit was filed by a concerned parent in Mayes County who argues that State Superintendent Ryan Walters' mandate violates the separation of church and state and infringes on Oklahomans'' religious freedoms. Walters says his mandate will proceed despite legal challenges.
