The Chiefs saw one of their receivers leave the practice field due to injury on Wednesday. Kansas City wideout Justin Watson suffered a foot injury after catching a pass and left the session in a motorized cart. Watson had 27 catches for 460 yards and three touchdowns last season. In other news, rookie first-round pick Xavier Worthy missed his third straight practice due to an illness and safety Nazeeh Johnson is currently nursing a right knee injury.
