Bobby Witt Jr. belted a three-run homer as the Royals roughed up the Diamondbacks 10-4 in Kansas City. Witt, who was hit by a pitch in the sixth inning, finished a single short of the cycle. Salvador Perez and Hunter Renfroe also went deep for the Royals, who have won four in-a-row since the All-Star break. Cole Ragans tossed six innings of three-run ball to improve to 7-and-6. Ketel Marte smacked a two-run homer for the D'backs, who have dropped two in-a-row after winning their two straight. Rookie Yilber Diaz was rocked for seven runs in just three frames as he fell to 1-and-1.
