Rangers Avoid Sweep With Win Over Orioles

The Rangers avoided a sweep with a 3-2 win over the Baltimore Orioles at Globe Life Field. Starting pitcher Andrew Heaney tossed five scoreless innings to pick up the win. Jonah Heim launched a three-run home run. Kirby Yates got his 17th save of the season. The Rangers are now third in the AL West at 47-and-52. They remain home to host the Chicago White Sox tonight. Right-hander Michael Lorenzen will start opposite Chicago righty Erick Fedde.
