President Joe Biden is postponing today's planned visit to Austin after Saturday's assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump. Biden was scheduled to address Democratic members of Congress and members of the Texas Legislature at the LBJ Presidential Library. The White House announced on Sunday that the visit will be rescheduled for later this month. The LBJ Library says the new date for the Austin visit will be announced this week. An NBC-TV interview that was scheduled for Austin is being moved to the White House.
