Supporters of a petition to raise Oklahoma's minimum wage are facing a deadline. A July 14th deadline has been set for the measure, which seeks to raise the state's minimum wage to $15 per hour by 2029. Raise The Wage officials say wages have stayed the same despite rising prices.
"We're not really discussing exactly where we are but I am confident we will get there," said Amber England.
Oklahoma's current minimum wage is $7.25 per hour.
