Four Broken Arrow police officers have been placed on administrative leave pending an investigation into allegations of misconduct.
BAPD says patrol officers uncovered the allegations against the officers during a service call last month.

BAPD issued the following statement:
On Monday, May 27, 2024, during a call for service, Broken Arrow Police Department patrol officers discovered alleged misconduct by fellow officers which had occurred on Thursday, May 23, 2024. The alleged misconduct was related to the call for service and the patrol officers' investigation. The patrol officers on scene immediately alerted the department chain of command, which resulted in an expedited review of the incident from the Office of the Chief of Police. Following the review, four BAPD officers were placed on administrative leave pending an internal investigation. BAPD contacted the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and requested an independent criminal investigation of the four officers' actions. The Broken Arrow Police Department is fully cooperating with OSBI's investigation. As with any criminal investigation, OSBI will submit its findings to the District Attorney's Office for review.
