Two men are heading to federal prison for wire fraud. Blayne Dyer was an attorney in an oil and gas title company, and his cousin, Jimmy Dyer, was a land man. Prosecutors say they conspired to defraud Continental Resources and used insider information to buy and resell oil leases. Authorities say they collected royalties through shell companies. Blayne Dyer got a five-year sentence. Jimmy Dyer got 18 months. They also must pay more than $2.3 million in restitution.
