OSDE Spending Bill Advances

A bill banning the Oklahoma State Department of Education's spending on public promotion is headed to the governor's desk. The bill was proposed after the state department of education paid a Texas-based video production company more than 22-thousand-dollars to produce 30 minutes of videos for the department. The department of education also spent more 50-thousand-dollars on social media videos earlier this year.
