Texas Congressman U.S. Rep. Henry Cuellar of Texas

Reports say U.S. Rep. Henry Cuellar may be indicted by the Justice Department sometime Friday. Two years ago, the congressman's home and campaign office in Laredo were raided in connection to what was alluded to be a federal investigation of American businessmen with ties to the country of Azerbaijan. The Texas border Democrat who was once co-chair of the Congressional Azerbaijan Caucus on Friday responded to the reports saying he has done nothing wrong. Justice Department officials declined to comment.
