An overturned truck hauling cattle caused traffic delays in downtown Tulsa this morning.
The wreck happened about 3:30 a.m. and backed up traffic for several hours as crews worked to clean up the wreckage and herded cattle into smaller trailers. Parts of the northwest corner of the IDL in downtown Tulsa was completely shut down.
Tulsa police say the truck and trailer were hauling 14 bulls and 25 cows when it rolled over. The driver was not hurt, but some cattle were injured and some did not survive.
