Two suspects are behind bars in Tulsa for their alleged roles in the death of a two-year-old child. Police say officers arrested Rachel Alexander and Torrez Smith Wednesday night after officers were called to a local hotel on a report that a child had gone into cardiac arrest. Officers reportedly arrested both suspects on child-related abuse and neglect charges after efforts to revive the child were unsuccessful. The surviving child -- age three -- reportedly was taken into DHS custody amid plans to return her to her family in Little Rock. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
