The power is back on for thousands of Tulsa residents who were impacted by an outage. PSO officials say nearly 2,500 customers in Midtown Tulsa were without power yesterday afternoon. Officials say that one of the local substations has had issues with copper theft and crews were working to reroute electricity to affected areas. Power was restored to customers yesterday evening.
