The ACLU of Oklahoma is filing a lawsuit over a new law that bans gender-affirming care for minors. Governor Kevin Stitt signed the measure into law this week. ACLU of Oklahoma officials say every Oklahoman should have the freedom to access the care that they need, and that the ban violates the constitutional rights of young Oklahomans and their parents.
