A now-former Wellston High School substitute teacher is facing charges after she allegedly pursued an inappropriate relationship with a teenage student. Local police say Emma Delaney Hancock was arrested yesterday on charges related to the alleged relationship prosecutors say started last October. Court officials say Hancock and the 15-year-old male student - whose identity was not released - exchanged a series of text messages that eventually included sexually explicit images and videos. The boy reportedly told investigators he and Hancock met secretly at the school on several occasions.
