Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond said he will dismiss all charges against a former lawmaker accused of changing state law so his wife could become a state tag agent. In a statement released on Thursday, Drummond said he would dismiss charges against State Senator Terry O'Donnell and his wife Teresa by today, after having characterized potential prosecution of the pair as "political retribution" rather than justice. He did stress, however, that O'Donnell was not blameless in the incident and that he did endorse the former lawmaker's conduct.
