A man accused of molesting two children in two states is under arrest in Oklahoma. Tulsa police apprehended Benigno Montoya on Monday and booked him on two counts of child sexual abuse. Authorities say Montoya sexually abused a now-16-year-old girl over a four-year period starting when she was 11. The alleged victim's 19-year-old cousin told police that Montoya sexually abused her for a year in Kansas starting when she was about five years old.
