The remains of a child have been found in rural Grady County outside of Rush Springs. This is where they are actively searching for missing 4-year-old Athena Brownfield. The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigations recovered the remains in a town about 30-minutes away from where Athena Brownfield disappeared. They've been shipped to the medical examiner's office to be identified. The accused killer is in police custody. Ivon Adams allegedly beat the four year old to death on Christmas before fleeing to Arizona.
