An Oklahoma prosecutor is facing child pornography charges. The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation arrested Kevin Etherington yesterday after a search warrant was carried out at his home. Officials say numerous cybertips were forwarded to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation's Internet Crimes Against Children unit on September 1st, and Etherington was identified as a possible suspect. Etherington, who serves as First Assistant District Attorney for Payne and Logan counties, was booked on one count of Aggravated Possession of Child Pornography, and one count of Violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.
