Oklahoma Attorney General John O'Connor is joining an effort to exempt Navy SEALs from COVID-19 vaccine requirements. O'Connor and 21 other attorneys general have filed an amicus brief in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. In a news release, Rutledge says the case made it all the way to the Supreme Court, before the Biden Administration filed an emergency motion to partially stay an injunction against the vaccine mandate for the SEALs. Other states involved include Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana and Kansas.
