The FBI in Oklahoma City is offering up to a $10,000 reward for information leading to a conviction in a Tulsa killing. Angel Beach was fatally shot while walking through a parking lot on South Peoria on October 19th, 2020. The FBI says Beach was shot by an unknown man while she was walking and arguing with her girlfriend. The man allegedly tried to defuse the argument before the shooting.
